摘要
为了揭示路面层间黏结性能的影响规律,研究了摊铺工艺、混合料类型及结构层厚度对路面层间黏结性能的影响。结果表明:双层摊铺工艺相比传统工艺,层间抗剪强度有显著的提高,且当混合料类型为AC-16+AC-25和AC-16+AC-20时提升幅度最大,AC-16+AC-25的组合可提高80%以上,AC-16+AC-20的组合可提高50%以上;结构层厚度为5cm+5cm时抗剪强度有一定的提高,但幅度不大。
In order to reveal the law of influence on the bonding between pavement layers, the effect of paving technology, mixture type and thickness of pavement layer on the bonding properties of pavement layers was studied. The results show that the double-layer paving technology makes a significant improvement in the shear strength compared with the traditional process, especially when the combination of asphalt mixtures for pavement layers is AC-16+AC- 25 and AC-16+AC-20. The average improvement is more than 80% with the former combination, and is more than 50% with the latter. When the thickness combination of structural layers is 5 cm+5 cm, the shear strength increases to some extent.
