摘要
为了确定与温度、交通量、结构层位、行车速度相关联的沥青混合料车辙标准,依托ALF加速加载试验、室内车辙试验和理论分析展开研究。以3种路面结构在3种不同工况下的ALF加速加载车辙试验为主要支撑,建立用于求解车辙标准的车辙预估模型;提出车辙分层预估的方法,并建立车辙深度R0与动稳定度(DS)标准的求解方法;以甘肃地区为例,求解5个分区典型路面结构在不同行车速度下不同层位的R0与DS标准。结果表明:车辙标准随行车速度减慢、路面温度升高、轴载作用次数增多而提高,且中、上面层的标准值远远高于下面层。
Aimed at developing the rutting criteria of asphalt mixtures associated with the temperature,traffic volume,structural layer and vehicle speed,and the research was carried out based on the accelerated pavement test with accelerated load facility(ALF),laboratory rutting test and theory analysis.A rutting predictive model was developed mainly based on the ALF rutting test on three types of pavements under three different testing conditions,which was utilized for solving the criteria of rutting depth(R0) and dynamic stability(DS).A proposed method for rutting estimation by layer was developed and determination for the criteria of R0 and DS was also developed.The criteria of R0 and DS of different layers of a typical asphalt pavement structure in five different regions under different vehicle speeds in Gansu Province were recommended.The results show that higher rutting evaluation criteria will develop under lower vehicle speed,higher pavement temperature and larger number of loading repetition.And the criteria in upper and middle layers are much higher than that in lower layer.
