摘要
目的探讨不同抗凝治疗方法在老年肺栓塞中的治疗效果。方法选取我科室2014年2月—2017年1月收治的老年肺栓塞患者56例作为研究对象。将其分为观察组(30例)和对照组(26例)。对照组采用低分子肝素联合华法林抗凝治疗,观察组采用低分子肝素联合利伐沙班抗凝治疗,比较两组患者的治疗情况。结果观察组与对照组的总有效率、治疗后的D-二聚体及CRP对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的呼吸困难、胸痛、发绀消失时间均短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利伐沙班联合低分子肝素治疗老年肺栓塞的疗效好,能快速缓解患者的临床症状,且不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the effect of different anticoagulant therapy in elderly patients with pulmonary embolism. Methods 56 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary embolism treated in our department from February 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into the observation group （n=30） and the control group （n=26）. The control group was treated with low molecular heparin combined with warfarin anticoagulant therapy, while the observation group was treated with low molecular heparin combined with rivaroxaban anticoagulant therapy, and the treatment of the two groups was compared. Results There were no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the total effective rate, the D-dimer and CRP after treatment （P〉0.05）. Chest pain, dyspnea, cyanosis disappeared time in the observation group were shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rivaroxaban combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of elderly pulmonary embolism has good curative effect, it can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, and less adverse reactions.
