摘要 微生物发酵中试是实验室小规模生产工艺路线打通后,在模拟工业化生产条件下所进行的工艺研究,以验证放大生产后原工艺的可行性,尽可能保证研发和生产时工艺的一致性.发酵中试放大的目的是验证、复审和完善实验室工艺所确定的反应条件,为正式生产提供数据.微生物发酵中试是产品研发到生产的必经之路,是连接研发和生产的纽带,不仅为产业化生产积累必要的经验及提供数据支持,同时也是降低产业化实施风险的有效措施.微生物发酵中试有诸多影响因素,因此研究并合理利用其影响因素具有重要意义. Pilot-scale microbial fermentation is based on the small scale experiment in the lab,which is carried out under simulated industrial production conditions.To ensure the possibility for the future manufacture process,the research and the manufacture process should maintain consistency.The aim of the pilot of microbial fermentation is to verify and recheck the reaction conditions of the process obtained from small scale,providing the guidance for the industrial production.As the link between fundamental research and industrial production,pilot of microbial fermentation is not only necessary to the product development but also provides meaningful experiences and data support for industrial production.Moreover,it is an effective way to reduce the risk in realizing industrialization.Pilot of microbial fermentation is influenced by many factors.Thus,it is of great significance to study and utilize these factors.
