摘要
对实际工业化生产发酵过程中头孢菌素C发酵液的表观黏度进行了测定,并且与细胞生长曲线进行了比较。结果表明,头孢菌素C发酵液表观黏度与细胞生长有相关性,随着细胞生长,发酵液的表观黏度呈上升趋势,达到稳定期时,表观黏度趋于稳定。头孢菌素C发酵液表观黏度对发酵效价有明显影响,其机制可能是通过影响溶氧水平、传氧以影响头孢菌素C的生物合成。
The apparent viscosity of the cephalosparin C broth in the fermentation process was studied and compared with the cell growth. Results show that there are correlations between the apparent viscosity of the cephalosparin C broth and cell growth. With the growth of cell, the apparent viscosity of broth become ascend tendency. But the apparent viscosity appears steady stage when cell growth is to be steady. The effect on fermentation titer of the cephalosparin C broth apparent viscosity is obvious. The mechanism maybe have something to do with the biosynthesis of CPC though influence DO level and oxygen transmission.
