摘要
为了提高铸轧不锈钢薄带的成材率 ,研究了铸轧不锈钢薄带的表面皱纹、重皮、裂纹、夹杂等缺陷和显微组织特征 ,分析了造成表面质量缺陷和不良显微组织可能形成的原因 ,并提出了优化铸轧工艺参数。
To raise the rate of finished products of cast and rolled stainless steel strip, the surface defects such as ruffle, double-skin, crack and impurities and microstructure characteristics of the strip were studied, and the possible reasons of these quality defects were analyzed. Such technial measures as optimizing process parameters ,using submerged tap hole and secondary cooling were proposed.
