基于生态承载力的县域乡村建设规划研究--以河北安新县白洋淀地区为例 被引量:14

摘要 在全面推进生态文明建设的背景下,生态敏感地区乡村的健康发展关系到整个流域的生态安全和可持续性。县域乡村建设规划作为对乡村地区发展的全面指导,弥补了区域乡村发展引导的缺位,起到引导乡村空间可持续发展的作用。本文以河北安新县县域乡村建设规划为例,通过生态承载力分析,以生态足迹为模型,通过分区分类引导,划分不同生态敏感性影响下的村庄类别,为生态移民提供科学依据。并以此提出村庄未来发展的策略和撤并的推进时序,以期探寻生态敏感地区县域乡村建设的发展路径,保障规划实施的合理性,更好地指导下一步的乡村建设。 In the context of promoting ecological civilization in an all-round way, the healthy development of the rural areas in eco-sensitive region concerns the ecological safety and sustainability of the whole river basin. As a comprehensive guide to the development of rural areas, county rural construction planning makes up for the absence of regional rural development guidance, and plays a role in guiding the sustainable development of rural space. Taking Hebei province Anxin county rural construction planning as an example, through the analysis of the ecological carrying capacity, based on the ecological footprint model, through the guidance of division classification, village under the influence of different ecological sensitivity classification, provides scientific basis for ecological migration. And this paper puts forward strategies for the future development of village and removal of the timing, in order to explore the development path ecological sensitive area county rural construction, guarantee the rationality of the planning and implementation, to better guide the construction of the next village.
