12个家蚕原种的产卵规律及产卵量差异比较分析 被引量:4

摘要 为蚕种保护及人工孵化提供准确的浸酸适期和入库冷藏时间,提高蚕卵卵质和孵化率,调查了云南现行家蚕品种芙蓉·932、湘晖·7532、菁松、皓月、云蚕7、云蚕8的12个原种母蛾拆对后产卵量和卵质随时间的变化规律。结果表明:在同一时间段内,不同家蚕原种的产卵量及卵质存在一定差异,其中皓月A×B综合表现较好,平均产卵量为441.31粒/蛾,不良卵比例为2.61%,芙蓉×932个体间产卵量差异大,平均产卵量为355.47粒/蛾,不良卵达总产卵量的43.2%,在所调查的12个家蚕原种中综合表现最差;不同家蚕原种的盛产卵时期与产卵速度略有差异,除云蚕8B×A外,盛产卵时期主要集中在投蛾后第1~6 h,超过80%的总产卵量集中在1~9 h。云蚕7A×B产卵速度最快,投蛾后1 h即达到产卵高峰,且5 h内产卵量达总产卵量的80%以上,云蚕8B×A产卵高峰期为投蛾后第8 h,在10 h总产卵量超过80%,产卵速度最慢。在蚕种繁育过程中宜根据不同品种的不同产卵规律对交配、袋蛾、浸酸适期和入库适期等技术采取相应的处理。 To provide the accurate pickling suitable period and cryogenic storage time for silkworm egg preservation and artificial incubation,and improve the silkworm egg quality and hatchability,the rules changing with time of egg-laying amount and quality after separation of 12 copulating original strain female moths chosen from current silkworm varieties such as Furong·932,Xianghui·7532,Jingsong,Haoyue,Yuncan 7 and Yuncan 8 in Yunnan Province were investigated. The results showed that during the same period,there were certain differences in egg-laying amount and quality for different original strains of silkworm. Haoyue A × B had a better comprehensive performance with the average egg-laying amount of 441. 31 grains per moth and the poor egg ratio of 2. 61%. Furong × 932 had the worst comprehensive performance and great individual differences with the average egg-laying amount of 355. 47 grains per moth and the poor egg ratio of 43. 2%.The full spawning period and egg-laying speed of different original strains of silkworm were slightly different.The full spawning periods and over 80% of the total egg-laying amount were mainly concentrated in the 1 st to6 th hour and the 1 st to 9 th hour respectively after casting the moths except Yuncan 8 B × A. Yuncan 7 A × B had the fastest egg-laying speed,which could reach the egg-laying peak only after casting the moths for 1 hour,and the egg-laying amount could reach above 80% of the total egg-laying amount in 5 hours. Yuncan8 B × A had the slowest egg-laying speed. The egg-laying peak appeared in the 8 th hour after casting themoths and the total egg-laying amount exceeded 80% in 10 hours. In the process of silkworm egg reproduction,we should take corresponding measures in accordance with different egg-laying patterns of different varieties,such as mating,female moth collection,suitable pickling period and cryogenic storage time,etc.
