摘要
为了掌握洞庭×碧波品种原蚕雌蛾的适宜交配时数,以洞庭、碧波原蚕雌雄蛾为材料,分设1h、2h、3h、4h、5h、6h等6个试验处理,调查各处理对2原蚕雌蛾产卵量和卵质的影响。结果表明:交配时间(1~6h)对洞庭原蚕雌蛾的单蛾产卵数和良卵数有显著影响,但对单蛾不受精卵数和死卵数影响不显著;对碧波原蚕雌蛾的单蛾产卵数、单蛾良卵数、不受精卵数和死卵数影响不显著,但随着交配时间的延长,其单蛾产卵数、单蛾良卵数有逐渐增加的趋势,不受精卵等不良卵数呈逐渐减少的趋势。洞庭原蚕和碧波原蚕的良卵率与交配时数呈不显著正相关,不受精卵率与交配时数呈不显著负相关,死卵率与交配时数基本上不存在相关性。根据洞庭×碧波品种特性,在进行一代杂交种繁育时,2原蚕对交时间掌握在3~6h为宜。
The egg laying amount and egg quality of female Dongting and Bibo moths under different mating hours(Dongting×Bibo or Bibo×Dongting) were analyzed to study the optimum mating hours.The results showed that mating hours had the significant effect on egg laying amount per female moth and good eggs per female moth of Dongting silkworm but had no significant effect on non-fertilized eggs and death eggs,mating hours had no significant effect on egg laying amount per female moth,good eggs per female moth,non-fertilized eggs and death eggs in Bibo silkworm but the egg laying amount per female moth and good eggs per female moth presented an increase trend with extension of mating hours,the good egg rate of Dongting and Bibo silkworm was not significantly positively correlated to mating hours,the non-fertilized egg rate of Dongting and Bibo silkworm was not significantly negatively correlated to mating hours,and there was no correlation between death rate and mating hours.The optimum mating hours for Dongting and Bibo silkworm are 3~6 h in breeding of Dongting× Bibo combination.
