摘要
本文从动物防疫现状出发,梳理了云南省在散养面大、投入不足、防疫基础薄弱、边境疫情传入风险大等限制条件下,积极推进动物防疫模式和免疫技术、"互联网+动物卫生监管"、跨境动物防疫合作等工作新模式,为动物防疫工作稳步发展提供了保障。
On the basis of current situation of animal disease prevention,the new practices of Yunnan Province was reviewed. To be specific,under the constraints of large-area free range raising,insufficient investment,weak foundation of animal disease prevention and high risks of being released viruses from border,Yunnan Province actively promoted animal disease prevention mode and immunological technique,“Internet＋animal health regulation”and cross-border cooperation of animal disease prevention,which would ensure the steady development of animal disease prevention works.
