摘要
智慧城市标准越来越成为智慧城市建设的热点问题,但智慧城市标准的实施现状却不容乐观。如何发挥标准的引领作用,成为中国智慧城市建设中的核心问题。本文对智慧城市发展不同阶段的标准研究进行了简要回顾,总结出智慧城市标准的实施关键在于编制阶段的多方参与、标准的实用性、标准实施的机构,以及信息化辅助手段等。根据目前国内标准化实施的现状和地方政府、建设企业对智慧城市标准化提出的实际需求,本文提出利用信息化手段促进当前我国智慧城市标准实施的建议,即构建智慧城市标准化信息平台,提高整个智慧城市领域对标准化知识的利用,充分发挥标准化在资源整合、业务协同、应用示范等方面的作用。
Smart city standards are becoming an increasingly hot issue in the construction of smart city, however, the present situation of standard implementation is not optimistic. It becomes a core problem to ensure that the standards will play its leading role in the smart city construction in China. This paper briefly reviews standards studies in different stages of the development of smart city, and summarizes that the key of standard implementation lies in the multilateral participation during the preparation cycle, the practicability of standard, the institution for standard implementation and information support technology. According to the implementation situation and the actual needs of the standardization proposed by local government and construction enterprises, this paper puts forward some suggestions using informational means to promote the smart city standard implementation, which includes constructing smart city standardization information platform, improving the use of knowledge of standardization in the whole smart city areas, and making standardization to play an effective role in resource integration, business collaboration and application demonstration.
