摘要
目的:观察补肾活血方治疗卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)肾虚血瘀证的临床疗效及对患者血清性激素的影响。方法:选取140例DOR肾虚血瘀证患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各70例。对照组采用克龄蒙治疗,观察组采用补肾活血方合克龄蒙治疗。观察2组治疗效果及治疗前后月经量、月经周期、月经色质、血清性激素水平的变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率84.28%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组月经量、月经周期及月经色质积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组3项积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组的3项积分比对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组卵泡刺激素(FSH)及促黄体生成素(LH)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组FSH及LH水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组的FSH及LH水平均较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血方联合克龄蒙治疗肾虚血瘀型DOR,能有效改善患者的月经量、月经周期、月经色质及性激素水平,提高治疗效果。
Objective- To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue prescription combined with Climen in treating diminished ovarian reserve（DOR） patients with Blood stasis and kidney deficiency, and its effect on serum sexual hormone level. Methods- Selected 140 cases of DOR patients with the syndrome of blood stasis and kidney deficiency, and divided them into the observation group and the control group being 70 cases in each according to the random table method. The control group was treated with Climen, while the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue prescription combined with Climen. Observed curative effect of the two groups, and the change of menstrual blood volume, menstrual period, menstrual color and level of sexual hormone in the two groups before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 84.28% in the observation group, higher than the 70.00% in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Before treatment, compared menstrual blood volume, menstrual period and menstrual color of the two groups, the differences were not significant（P〉 0.05）; After treatment, scores of the three indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the decrease of menstrual period and menstrual color in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Before treatment, comared levels of follicle stimulating hormone（FSH） and luteinizing hormone（LH） of the two groups, the difference was not significant （P〉0.05）. After treatment, levels of FSH and LH of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Bushen Huoxue prescription combined with Climen can effectively improve menstrual blood volume, menstrual period, menstrual color and levels of sexual hormone in treating DOR patients with the syndrome of blood stasis and kidney deficiency, and improve the curative effect.
