摘要
加氢异构脱蜡反应过程中燃料气、用电及蒸汽消耗是装置的主要能耗,需要通过改进加氢工艺和提高催化剂的加氢性能,以实现装置的节能降耗。分析了某20万t/a异构脱蜡装置的工艺流程和用能特点,阐述了降低燃料气、用电和蒸汽等能耗的优化改造措施及取得的效果。针对当前低负荷运行的情况,通过装置基准能耗计算分析,认为蒸汽消耗还有节能潜力。采取的节能措施有:减压塔轻质侧线汽提塔改为干式气提、使用新型高效疏水器、部分蒸汽伴热改为水伴热、利用蒸汽凝结水替换除氧水。优化后装置的蒸汽能耗降低,取得了较好的效果。
The main energy consumption of hydroisomerization dewax unit comes from fuel gas,power uthe energy saving depends on improving the hydrogenation process and increasing the performance of hydrogenation catalyst. Theprocess of a 200 kt/a hydroisomerization dewax unit and its energy use properties are presented, and the measures and efzation and reformation for reducing the consumption of fuel gas,power and steam are expounded. Aiming at tlie of underload,the reference energy consumption is calculated and analyzed,and the steam consumption is considered need to reduce.The adopted energy saving measures include changing the light side stripper of vacuum distillation towehigh efficient steam trap,using hot-water tracing instead of some of steam tracing,replacing deoxidized water with steam condensingwater. The steam consumption of the optimized unit is reduced and energy saving effect is better.
