摘要
为降低能耗,中国石油化工股份有限公司西安石化分公司投资500余万元,对30万t/a柴油加氢装置进行了一系列技术改造及操作优化。主要技术改造措施包括更换高效催化剂、回收利用低温热、循环利用除盐水等。改造后,柴油加氢装置的能耗[m(标准油)/m(柴油)]由20.37 kg/t下降至16.70 kg/t,并针对装置运行中存在的问题提出了可行性建议。
In order to reduce energy consumption, a series of technic innovations and operation optimi- zations were carried out in the 300 kt/a diesel hydrofining unit of Xi'an Petrochemical Company, SINOPEC,based on an investment of 5 000 000 yuan. The main technic measures included using high efficient catalyst, recovering low temperature waste heat and recycling desahed water etc. After the innovation, the energy consumption [ m ( standard oil ) /m ( diesel ) ] of hydrofining unit reduced from 20.37 kg/t to 16.70 kg/t. And feasible suggestions were put forward for the problems probably occurred in realizing hot feed direct -supplying technology.
