摘要
随着社会主义生态文明建设的不断深入,人们逐渐对少数民族环境习惯法的价值达成共识。通过对相关文献的整理分析,从少数民族环境权的研究与保护、少数民族环境习惯法的表达形式、文化价值以及现实适用等角度进行分类阐释,归纳少数民族环境习惯法研究取得的成就与不足,为今后少数民族环境习惯法研究提供一种方向性参考与便捷性帮助。
Along with the deepening of the construction of socialist ecological civilization, people have gradually reached a consensus on the value of minority customary law of environment. Through the collation and analysis of the relevant literature, this article executes classified interpretation from the angle of the research and protection for minority rights to the environment, the expression of minority environment customary law, cultural value and practical application. The author draws the achievements and shortcomings in the study of customary law of ethnic minorities in our country and provides directional reference and convenience to help the study in the ＇future.
