腹腔镜肾脏肿瘤保留肾单位手术的技术创新 被引量:6

摘要 肾肿瘤手术可分为根治性肾切除术和保留肾单位的肾部分切除术两种,近年随着微创设备的发展、手术技术的提高,绝大多数手术均可在腹腔镜下操作、完成。传统的观点认为,4 cm以内的、外生型的肾肿瘤为保留肾单位的肾部分切除术的适应证;由于达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜的出现使得肾部分切除术的适应证逐渐扩大,4 cm以上的,甚至10 cm的肿瘤也可以实施保留肾单位的肾部分切除术,借助达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜灵巧的机械臂操作,对于-些肾切除评分(RENAL评分)较高的、肾窦内的、内生型的肿瘤,同样可以完成保留肾单位的肾部分切除术.
