Exploring the Matching Points and Accidental Treatment in Robot-Assisted Urologic Laparoscopic Surgery

摘要 目的探讨机器人辅助泌尿外科腔镜手术术中配合要点与意外处理。方法选择收治的350例行腹腔镜泌尿外科手术的患者,所有患者均借助机器人辅助手术,就其并发症的发生情况进行分析,总结配合要点和意外处理情况。结果350例患者采取干预后,并发症总发生率为2.29%。结论在实际的操作过程中,应根据患者的实际情况制定应急预案,确保患者安全。 Objective To investigate the coordination points and accidental treatment in robot-assisted urologic laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 350 patients undergoing laparoscopic urologic surgery were enrolled.All patients underwent robot-assisted surgery to analyze the occurrence of complications and summarize the coordination points and accidental treatment.Results After intervention in 350 patients,the overall incidence of complications was 2.29%.Conclusion In the actual operation process,emergency plans should be made according to the actual situation of patients to ensure patient safety.
