空心玻璃微珠填充环氧/氰酸酯复合材料的力学性能与耐热性能 被引量:1

Mechanical Properties and Heat Resistance of Epoxy/Cyanate Composites Filled with Hollow Glass Microspheres

摘要 以空心玻璃微珠为填充剂,环氧/氰酸酯共固化物为基体,制备出一种新型高性能复合材料,借助热失重分析仪(TGA)、动态热机械分析仪(DMA)、万能材料试验机、冲击试验机、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等现代分析测试技术对复合材料的力学性能和耐热性进行研究。结果表明:随着玻璃微珠用量的增加,复合材料的弯曲模量变化不大,基本保持在2.5 GPa左右,而压缩和冲击强度则呈现先升高后下降的变化趋势;结合冲击断面的SEM照片对材料的力学性能进行分析,从整体结果来看,当玻璃微珠用量为3%时,复合材料的综合性能最佳。 A new type of high performance composite was prepared by mixing epoxy and cyanate with hollow glass microspheres(HGB). Mechanical properties and heat resistance of composites were measured by modern analysis methods including thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA), dynamic mechanical analyzer(DMA), universal material testing machine, impact testing machine and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that: with the increase of the amount of glass beads, the flexural modulus of the composite changes little, basically keeps at about 2.5 GPa, while the compressive and impact strength first increases and then decreases. The mechanical properties of the material were analyzed by SEM photos of impact section. The overall performance of the composite is the best when the amount of glass beads is 3%.
