偶联剂表面处理对环氧基泡沫复合材料性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 选用偶联剂KH550对玻璃微珠进行处理,来制备环氧基泡沫复合材料,研究w(KH550)对环氧基泡沫复合材料弯曲强度和压缩强度、热性能以及吸水率的影响。结果表明,随着偶联剂质量分数的增加,复合材料的弯曲强度、压缩强度以及初始热分解温度呈现出先增加后降低的变化趋势,但最大热分解温度和玻璃化转变温度(T_g)变化不大。当w(KH550)=2%时,复合材料的性能最好。此外,吸水率测试结果显示,与未经偶联剂处理体系相比,经KH550处理复合材料在沸水中浸泡12h后的吸水率增长速度显著减慢,这与偶联剂在玻璃微珠与环氧树脂基体之间的界面作用有关。 The epoxy foam composites were prepared with hollow glass bead (HGB),which surface was treated with coupling agent KH550.The effect of KH550 content on the properties of epoxy foam composites was studied. With the increasing KH550 content, the bending strength, compressive strength and the initial thermal decomposition temperature exhibited the change trend of first increas- ing and then decreasing, while the maximum thermal decomposition temperature and glass-transition temperature were unchanged.When the KH550 content was 2% ,the properties of the composites were the best.Finally,the test results of water absorption showed that compared with that of the untreated system,growth rate of water absorption of the treated system after 12 h-immersion in boiling water was significantly slowed down.This was related to the interface-action between the glass microsphere and the epoxy resin matrix.
