摘要
为了改善La-Fe-B系储氢电极合金的电化学性能,对熔炼-快淬工艺制备的La_(15)Fe_(22)Ni_(55)Mn_5B_3储氢合金在一定温度(1 173K,1 373K)下保温后,在水中进行淬火处理。采用XRD,SEM,EDS及电化学方法研究了不同温度下淬火对合金结构和性能的影响。结果表明:淬火处理对合金的相组成有明显影响,放氢P-C-T平台压降低,合金电极的活化能力提高,最大放电容量增加,高倍率放电能力(HRD)得到改善,循环稳定性略有降低。
In order to improve the electrochemical properties of La-Fe-B series hydrogen storage alloys,the La(15)Fe(22)Ni(55)Mn5B3 hydrogen storage alloy was prepared by melting and rapid quenching followed by different quenching treatments(1 173 K,1 373 K)in the water.Alloy structure and electrochemical properties of different quenching alloys have been studied systematically by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)linked with an energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer(EDS)and electrochemical experiments.Alloy structure analyses show that the quenching treatment markedly influenced the phase composition of the alloy.Electrochemical experiments show that the desorption plateau became lower after quenching treatment,the alloy electrodes exhibited good activation characteristics,that quenching treatment improved discharge capacity of alloy electrodes.At the same time,high rate discharge(HRD)of alloy electrodes was also improved.However,cycling stability was slightly deteriorated after quenching treatment.
