La替代Pr、Nd对AB_5系储氢合金成本及性能的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Pr and Nd substituted by La on cost and hydrogen storageproperties of AB_5 hydrogen storage alloys

摘要 以2种市售AB_5型储氢合金为对比研究基体,研究其A侧成分中Pr、Nd元素缺失对其储氢性能和微观结构的影响。采用真空感应熔炼法制备了上述储氢合金并进行真空热处理,通过XRD对其相组成及结构进行表征,并采用双电极模拟电池测试系统对其储氢性能进行测试与分析。研究发现,Pr、Nd元素完全被La元素取代后,合金电化学容量略微升高、高倍率放电能力不受影响,并且去掉Pr、Nd的储氢合金在成本上比含有Pr、Nd的储氢合金降低约15%。合金气相吸/放氢平台压力略微下降、循环寿命略有下降。 To investigate the effects of Pr,Nd elements absent in A side of AB5-type alloy,two commercial AB5-type hydrogen storage alloys were chosen as the object.The mentioned alloys were prepared by induction melting following with annealed.Phase composition and structure were characterized by XRD,the hydrogen storage performance were tested and analyzed by two-electrode cell simulation test system.The results showed that after Pr,Nd elements completely substituted by La element,the discharge capacity was slightly raised,high-rate discharge capacity of the alloy were unchanged.Meanwhile,without Pr,Nd element,the cost of hydrogen storage alloys was reduced by nearly 15%.The hydrogen absorption/desorption plateau and cycle stability were both slightly decreased.
