摘要
国内外标准化和技术组织已提出多个智能制造相关的参考模型,对几个重要参考模型进行总结与分析。围绕车间运行管理、基于数据字典的资产数字化描述、信息集成,给出智能工厂/数字化车间的多维度模型,从不同层面抽象提取智能工厂/数字化车间的核心要素,将指导智能制造的具体实施工作。
Several standardization organizations and technical organizations have released reference models of smart manufacturing. In this paper overview and analysis on three reference models of smart manufacturing are made. Multi-dimensions models of smart factory and digital workshop are proposed which focus on workshop operation guidance, asset digital description and information integration. The multi-dimensions models include key elements of smart factory and digital workshop from different viewpoints, and provide guides on how to implement smart factory and digital workshop.
