摘要
为了强化供电服务质量,提高故障研判的准确性与及时性,扭转现有供电服务的被动局面,提出一种基于用电信息采集等信息的配电网研判技术,以改造原有配电网生产抢修指挥平台。该技术首先介绍基于大数据信息的配电网主动研判流程,再详细阐述主动研判的信息处理过程中基于用电采集系统的信息集成方案,最后通过系统平台建设证明基于用电采集等信息的主动研判技术在实际应用中与传统智能配电网平台相比,确实做到了信息的横向集成纵向贯通,提高了抢修效率,为配网抢修平台的开发和控制提供参考。
In order to strengthen the quality of power supply service, improve the accuracy and timeliness of fault diagnosis and judgment, and to reverse the passive situation of existing power supply service, a kind of distribution network based on electricity information acquisition technology is proposed to transform the original distribution network production repair command platform. It first introduces an active evaluation process based on large data information distribution network. Then it elaborates the information integration scheme based on the mining system in the process of information processing. Finally, through the construction of the system platform, it proves that the system based on the use of active system in the practical application of traditional intelligent distribution network platform. It can provide references for the development and control of distribution network repair platform.
