产业转型升级水平测度及其对劳动生产率的影响——以长江中游城市群26个城市为例 被引量:34

The Measurement of Industrial Transformation and Upgrading Level and Its Influence on Labor Productivity——Taking 26 Cities in the Middle Reaches of Yangtze River as an Example

摘要 运用超前系数和Lilien指数等方法,分别测度了长江中游城市群的三次产业和工业细分行业的产业转型升级方向、速度,研究得出长江中游城市群的产业转型升级整体上呈缓慢变化趋势,第二产业仍是其主要方向,其中,资本密集型产业仍是该地区的主导产业;第三产业发展相对滞后。同时,运用Shift-Share模型对劳动生产率进行分解,分析了产业转型升级对劳动生产率的影响,分析发现产业内效应是促进长江中游城市群劳动生产率变化的主要因素,而产业间的效应弱于前者。 In this paper, we uses advanced coefficient and Lilien index method, respectively to measure the direction and speed of the transformation and upgrading of three industrial and industrial sectors of the industry in the middle of the Yangtze River city. It is concluded that the industrial transformation and upgrading of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River presents a slow change trend, and the second industry is the main direction. Among them, the capital intensive industry is still the leading industry in the region, and the third industry is lagging behind. At the same time, we use Shift-Share model to decompose labor productivity, so as to analyze the effect on the labor productivity. We find that the intra industry effect is the main factor to promote the labor productivity of Yangtze River city group, and no significant effect among industries. On this basis, we put forward some corresponding policy recommendations.
