摘要
加快长江经济带发展是党中央作出的重大决策部署,也是关系国家发展全局的重大战略。四川省宜宾市作为长江经济带的起点,“一带一路”的交点,以及四川省“一干多支”的高点和南向开放的重点城市,如何借助方位、地位、定位、区位、占位、进位“六位”优势,加快融入长江经济带发展,是摆在自身及同类型地区面前的重大现实课题。宜宾市应从担当生态屏障重要使命、推动高质量发展、突出城乡一体协同发展、完善互联互通交通体系、构建开放型经济新体制五个方面入手,制定加快融入长江经济带发展的战略路径,积极打造我国内陆经济发展新高地。
Promoting the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is an important decision made by the Party Central Committee and a major strategy related to the overall development of the country. As the starting point of the Yangtze River Economic Belt intersection of the “Belt and Road”, and high point of “One stem multiple branches”, key city of “Open to the south”in Sichuan Province,how Yibin City accelerates its integration into the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt with the six advantages of orientation,position,landing,location,occupation and carry,is a major realistic task for itself and other similar regions. This paper proposes to start with the following five aspects:bear the important mission of ecological barrier,promote high - quality development, highlight the urban and rural coordinated development,improve the interconnection and intercommunication transportation system,and build a new open economic system,so as to formulate the strategic path of accelerating integration into the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and energetically create a highland for China1's inland economic development.
