摘要
伴随着我国基层民众对花生油产品食用价值和营养价值关注度不断提升,花生油产品的生产质量问题和掺假问题逐步引起了广泛、密切的关注,而借由实验方法针对我国现有的花生油产品的掺假问题展开检验,对保障和支持我国花生油品质不断优化具有重要作用,本文围绕花生油掺杂的鉴别实验论题展开简要的分析论述。
Along with China's grassroots of peanut products and edible value and nutritional value of concern and constantly improve the production, quality problems and adulteration of peanut oil products gradually attracted close attention, and by the adulteration by experimental method in view of the current peanut oil products launched for inspection and revealed. The production level of quality guarantee and support products of peanut oil in China continues to improve, with the support and security role can not be ignored, the identification experiment topic around peanut oil doping launched a brief analysis in this paper.
