甘蔗多酚对胆固醇诱导高血脂大鼠的影响 被引量:5

The Influence of Sugarcane Polyphenols on Cholesterol-induced Hyperlipidemia Rat

摘要 为了研究甘蔗多酚的降血脂作用,试验从甘蔗渣中提取分离甘蔗多酚类化合物,通过HPLC-UV检测了甘蔗渣提取物中多酚类化合物的含量,以胆固醇诱导高血脂大鼠模型,通过灌喂甘蔗渣提取物研究多酚类对高血脂大鼠的降血脂作用。HPLC-UV检测发现,甘蔗渣提取物中含有没食子酸、儿茶素、香草酸、咖啡酸、表儿茶素、芥子酸、阿魏酸、芦丁、槲皮甙、槲皮素等多酚化合物,给予不同浓度的甘蔗多酚后,能够有效降低高血脂大鼠体质量,对大鼠肝、脾、肾等脏器的重量没有显著变化,和高血脂组相比,甘蔗多酚处理组大鼠的三酸甘油脂(triglyceride,TG)的含量显著降低,谷草转氨酶(Glutamic-oxalacetic transaminease,GOT)与谷丙转氨酶(Glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,GPT)值虽有一定变化,但这种差异并没有达到显著水平,实验结果表明,甘蔗多酚没有细胞毒性,能够有效降低胆固醇所造成的高血脂现象。 In addition to sugar,sugarcane also contains polyphenols,steroids,polysaccharides and other substances.Polyphenols have been showed to have the activity of reducing the content of blood lipids,antioxidant,scavenging DPPH radicals and chelating metal ions etc. In order to investigate the mechanism of sugarcane polyphenols in reducing blood lipids,sugarcane polyphenols were isolated from sugarcane bagasse,and the content of polyphenols was determined by HPLC-UV.The model of hyperlipidemia rats was induced by feeding the rats with the diet with 0.2% cholesterol,and the effects of polyphenols on hyperlipidemia rats were studied by persuing sugarcane polyphenols.The results of HPLC-UV detection showed that sugarcane bagasse contained gallic acid,catechin,vanillic acid,caffeic acid,(-)-epicatechin,sinapic acid,ferulic acid,rutin,quercitrin and quercetin.The body weight of the hyperlipemia rats was reduced by sugarcane polyphenols,and the weight of liver,spleen and kidney did not change significantly under the treatment of different concentrations of sugarcane polyphenols,although the value of GOT and GPT had some changes,but the difference did not reach asignificant level.Compared with the hyperlipidemia group,the concentration of TG in serum was significantly reduced of the sugarcane polyphenols treatment group.The experimental results showed that sugarcane polyphenols did not have cytotoxicity,and could effectively reduce the hyperlipidemia phenomenon caused by 0. 2%cholesterol.
