不同辅料对高水分水葫芦青贮发酵品质及营养成分的影响

Effects of Different Excipients on the Fermentation Quality and Nutritional Components of Eichhornia crassipes(Mart)Solms with High Moisture Content

摘要 该试验中减少玉米粉、秸秆、米糠、苜蓿草4种辅料的添加量,使水葫芦青贮初始含水率为(80±2)%,考察该高水分水葫芦青贮能否达到适用的发酵品质和营养价值。结果表明,添加玉米粉和苜蓿草为辅料的高水分水葫芦青贮相对饲喂价值分别达到特级和一级水平,干物质体外消化率及粗蛋白含量均能达到低水分原料制备的青贮水平,且霉菌含量等安全性指标均达标。糖蜜的添加能进一步提高高水分水葫芦青贮的相对饲喂价值,并抑制粗蛋白的分解。该研究结果可为提高水葫芦青贮发酵的经济效益提供科学指导。 In this study,we reduced the addition amount of corn meal,straw,rice bran and alfalfa grass,so that the initial water content in Eichhornia crassipes silage was(80±2)%.Whether E.crassipes silage with high moisture content could achieve the suitable fermentation quality and nutrient value was investigated.The results showed that the relative feeding value of this silage with high moisture content with adding corn flour and alfalfa as excipients reached the special level and the first level respectively,the digestibility of dry matter in vitro and crude protein content could reach the level of silage prepared with materials with low moisture content,while the safety indices such as mold content met the standards.Adding molasses could further improve the relative feeding value of E.crassipes silage with high moisture content,and inhibit the decomposition of crude protein.The research results could provide scientific guidance for improving the economic benefits of E.crassipes silage fermentation.
