布拉氏酵母菌在婴儿轮状病毒肠炎的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌在婴儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院门诊符合轮状病毒肠炎诊断标准的婴儿150例,随机抽取75例患儿(观察组)联合应用布拉氏酵母菌治疗,其余患儿联合应用安慰剂(对照组),观察两组临床疗效及症状变化。结果治疗后,研究组肠道内双歧杆菌、乳杆菌以及肠杆菌均优于对照组,组间对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌治疗婴儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效显著。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of brabellar yeast in baby rotavirus enteritis. Methods 150 cases in our hospital outpatient service in accordance with rotavirus enteritis diagnostic criteria were chosen, 75 cases were randomly selected as treatment group, and treatment with brabella yeast, the rest of the patients applied placebo (control group). The clinical efficacy and symptoms of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, both intestinal bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and enterobacter of the treatment group were better than that of the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of rotavirus enteritis infants is effective by brabella yeast.
