摘要
目的探讨隔姜灸对脾虚型泄泻患儿的症状改善作用。方法选取2020年6月—2022年6月治疗的脾虚型泄泻患儿60例作为研究对象,根据治疗时间分为参照组、研究组,各30例。参照组实施常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合隔姜灸治疗,对比两组临床治疗总有效率、中医证候积分、治疗起效时间及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于参照组的80.00%(24/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组中医证候积分低于参照组,治疗起效时间明显短于参照组(P<0.05)。整个治疗期间两组均未发生不良事件。结论对脾虚型泄泻患儿积极采取隔姜灸治疗,能取得更为理想的效果,可有效缩短临床治疗时间并改善患儿临床症状。
Objective To investigate the effect of ginger moxibustion on improving the symptoms of diarrhea in children with spleen de⁃ficiency.Methods Sixty children with splenic deficiency diarrhea treated from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study ob⁃jects,and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the treatment time,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the study group received ginger moxibustion treatment on the ba⁃sis of the control group.The clinical effect,TCM syndrome score,treatment onset time and the occurrence of adverse reactions be⁃tween the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,24/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the treatment onset time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).No adverse events oc⁃curred in both groups during the whole treatment period.Conclusion The positive treatment of ginger moxibustion in children with splenic deficiency diarrhea can achieve better results,shorten the clinical treatment time and improve the clinical symptoms.
