摘要
目的研究对糖尿病合并冠心病患者提供多样性护理干预措施的影响。方法我院于2015年6月~2017年5月间接收的78例糖尿病合并冠心病患者,按照随机数字表法将患者划分为两组,包括常规组39例与观察组39例,科室为常规组患者提供一般院内护理模式,为观察组患者提供多样性护理干预,评价两组患者生活质量评分、满意度及血糖值、心绞痛症状情况。结果常规组患者空腹血糖值明显高于观察组(P<0.05);常规组患者餐后2h血糖值明显高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组患者心绞痛发作次数、满意度均优于常规组(P<0.05)。常规组患者经护理干预后生活质量评分均低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论护士为糖尿病合并冠心病患者提供多样性护理干预措施,患者满意度及生活质量评分较高,且血糖及心绞痛症状发作得到较好改善。
Objective To study the influence of various nursing interventions on patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods 78 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease received in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2017 were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table,including 39 cases in the routine group and 39 cases in the observation group.The patients in the routine group were given general hospital care mode,and the patients in the observation group was given diversified nursing intervention.The quality of life score,satisfaction,blood glucose and angina symptoms of the two groups were evaluated. Results The fasting blood glucose in the routine group was significantly higher than that in the observation group（P 〈 0.05）;The blood glucose of 2 hours after meal in the routine group was higher than that in the observation group（P 〈 0.05）;The number of angina attacks and satisfaction in the observation group were better than that in the routine group（P 〈 0.05）.The scores of quality of life in the routine group after nursing intervention were lower than those in the observation group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Providing a variety of nursing interventions for patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease can improve patient satisfaction and quality of life score,and can improve blood sugar and angina symotoms attack.
