摘要
目的探讨责任制护理在糖尿病合并冠心病患者中的作用。方法将80例糖尿病合并冠心病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例。对照组采用常规专科护理，观察组在此基础上采用责任制护理，比较两组患者的自我病情管理能力、疗效及生活质量。结果观察组干预后的自我病情管理能力评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。干预后3个月糖尿病和冠心病的治疗效果显著优于对照组（P〈O．05），生活质量评分各方面均显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论责任制护理能够提高健康教育的效果，增强糖尿病合并冠心病患者对自我病情的管理能力，提高疗效和生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of the responsibility-based nursing to patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 40 eases in each group. The control group adopted the routine specialist care, while the observation group adopted the responsibility-based nursing on the basis of the control group. The self-management ability to control the illness, the effectiveness and the quality of life of the patients of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the self-management ability to control the illness of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. After 3 months＂ intervention, the effect of treatment for the diabetes and coronary heart disease of the observation group was superior to that of the control group （P〈0. 05 ）, and the score of quality of life quality was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusions Responsibility- based nursing can improve the effectiveness of the health education, enhance the self-management ability to control ill- ness of the oatients with diabetes and coronary heart disease, and improve the effect of treatment and quality of life.
