摘要
咳嗽变异性哮喘,至今中医尚无确切的命名,临床研究报道中多归属"咳嗽、喘证、哮病"等病,其治疗多以干预急性发作期为主,很少涉及分期管理。本病应从"风哮"论治,因病因及病变过程不同,其治疗则不同,重在分期论治,急性发作期治以疏风宣肺、慢性缓解期治以肃痰通络、稳定期治以健脾固表,收效显著。
Cough variant asthma, so far, there is no exact name of Chinese medicine, the clinical research reports in the attribution of cough, asthma syndrome, asthma, the treatment of acute intervention in order to intervene mainly, rarely involved in staging management. The author thinks that the causes of cough variant asthma is given priority to with “wind, phlegm, deficiency”. Treatment focuses on the stage of treatment. The treatment of acute attack is to dispelling wind and diffusing the lung, treatment of chronic remission with dear away phlegm and dredging collaterals, treatment of stable phase strengthening spleen and strengthening exterior, and it has a good effect.
