摘要
利用TPS制备髙粘沥青,对不同TiO_2掺量下的髙粘沥青进行针入度、135℃粘度、5℃延度以及抗紫外老化性能进行试验研究,对不同TiO_2掺量下的PAC-13路用性能进行试验研究;研究结果表明:TiO_2对TPS髙粘沥青的针入度、135℃粘度,影响较小;但对5℃延度影响较大,当TiO_2掺量超过0.8%后,延度降速增快;TiO_2能够有效的减缓紫外线对TPS髙粘沥青的老化作用,对于延长TPS髙粘沥青优良的使用性能起到了一定的促进作用;TiO_2掺量对于PAC-13髙粘沥青混合料的残留稳定度、冻融劈裂残留强度比、低温抗弯拉强度、弯曲劲度模量影响不大,但随着TiO_2掺量的增大,混合料的动稳定度迅速减小。
The penetration , the viscosity , the ductility and the performance of uvioresistan of the high viscosity asphalt , which was prepared by TPS , were tested , and the performance of P A C - 13 withdifferent TiO2 content were studied. The results show that there is small effect ofcosity,and the performance of uvioresistant , but ductility at 5℃ show consanguineous correlation ; TiO2 2has the function that slow down the d a m a g e from UY to high viscosity asphalt; Residual stability , T S R ,bending tensile strength at low temperature , bending stiffness modulus change small with different TiO2 content , but it change huge in DSR
