摘要 纳米改性沥青是国内外研究的热点,但报道较多的蒙脱土纳米改性沥青的制备理论不完善且工艺上存在许多问题。研究Fe3O4纳米改性沥青制备工艺,成功制备了Fe3O4球形纳米粒子(0维纳米材料)改性沥青,指出了制备过程中的注意事项,并对实验结果及存在的问题进行了分析讨论。测试表明,与未加纳米改性剂的基础沥青比较,Fe3O4纳米改性沥青三大指标均有较大提高。 The study of nanometer-modified asphalt is an intense popular interest at home and abroad. There are more reports about the montmorillonite nanometer-modified asphalt. But the preparation theory of the montmorillonite nanometer-modified asphalt is not perfect and there are many problems in the preparation process. Firstly, the Fe_3O_4 modified asphalt with spherical nanometer particles (0 dimensional nanometer materials) is prepared (successfully) during the study of the preparation technology of the Fe_3O_4 nanometer modified asphalt, then, the notices in the process of preparation are put forward, and finally, the test results and existent problems are analyzed and (discussed.)The test show that the three main indexes of Fe_3O_4 nanometer modified asphalt are enhanced compared with basic asphalt without nanometer additives.
