摘要
目的应用直接上游法和梯度离心结合上游法处理不明原因不孕患者的精液,探讨两种优选精子的方法。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2016年12月在我中心接受体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)技术助孕的夫妇1 329对,分别采用直接上游法和密度梯度离心结合上游法进行精液标本的优选,对照分析两组卵子的受精率。结果直接上游法检测501个周期,获得卵子5 251枚,受精率为75.29%;密度梯度离心结合上游法检测828个周期,获得卵子8 753枚,受精率79.32%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过两种方法的比较分析,密度梯度离心结合上游法可以明显提高卵子的受精率。
Objective To study the semen of two infertile patients with unexplained infertility by direct upstream method and gradient centrifugation combined with upstream method, Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 1 329 pairs of patients who received in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) in our center from January 2015 to December 2016. The patients were treated with direct upstream method and density gradient centrifugation combined with upstream method for semen samples. Fertilization rate of two groups of eggs were compared. Results Five hundred and one cycles were detected by direct upstream method, and 5 251 eggs were obtained. The fertilization rate was 75.29%. The density gradient centrifugation combined with upstream method was 828 cycles, and 8 753 eggs were obtained. The fertilization rate was 79.32%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion By comparing the two groups, the density gradient centrifugation combined with the upstream method can significantly improve the fertilization rate of the egg,
