摘要
目的应用64排MSCT的MIP、VIP和VRT3种三维后处理技术,对儿童肋软骨显示状况进行比较和评价,探讨儿童肋软骨MSCT理想的三维成像方法。方法选取拟接受外耳再造术的患者46例,年龄6—9岁。采用64排MSCT行全胸廓扫描后,应用MIP、VIP和VRT方法进行三维重建,最后由2名诊断医师比较VRT、MIP和VIP的显示状况。结果在显示儿童肋软骨三维影像方面VIP和VRT均优于MIP,VRT和VIP无显著差异。结论VIP和VRT是显示儿童肋软骨三维成像的理想方式,且VIP不受脏器和腹壁的影响,因此可将VIP作为首选,VRT作为补充。
Objective To investigate the ideal 3D imaging technique (MIP/VIP/ VRT)after MSCT scan for children costal cartilage. Methods 46 patients with microtia, aged 6 -9 years, received 64-slice MSCT and 3D imaging of costal cartilage was performed with MIP, VIP and VRT techniques, respectively. Two doctors were invited to assess the imaging quality of three techniques. Results The imaging quality by VIP and VRT was better than that by MIP. There was no significant difference between VIP and VRT. Conclusions VIP and VRT are ideal 3D imaging techniques after MSCT scan for children costal cartilage, especially the VIP, which has the advantage of not affected by organ and abdomen wall. VIP can be used as first-line technique, whereas VRT as complementory choice.
