摘要
目的探析中医传统治疗法联合康复理疗对腰间盘突出症的临床治疗效果.方法从本院 2 0 1 5年 4 月-2 0 1 6年 4 月期间收治的腰间盘突出症的患者中选取 6 0例 作为研究对象.按照随机数组法将其随即均分观察组和对照组,对照组的 患者给予常规治疗及护理,观察组的患者在此基础上采取中医传统疗法并联合康复理疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果, 结果 两组患者治疗前 VAS 评分相当,观察组治疗后评分为 0. 65 ± 0. 3 4 ,总有效率为 1 0 0 % ; 对照组治疗后评分为 1. 42±0. 56,总有效率为 80%, 两组比较 ,差 异显著,具有统计学意义 （ P 〈 0 . 05）. 结论对腰间盘突出症患者采取中医传统 疗法联合康复理疗具有较高的治疗效果,显著高于常规治疗法,不仅能够明显缓解患者疼痛感,而且可以提高患者的生活质 量,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with rehabilita-tion therapy on lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomized into the observation group and control group from April 2015 to April 2016. The control group received routine therapy and nurs-ing. The observation group received traditional Chinese medicine combined with routine treatment. The clinical efficacy was an-alyzed and compared. Results There was no statistical difference of VAS score in the two groups before treatment （P〉0. 05）. After treatment, VAS score and total effective rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group （（0.65 ± 0.34） vs （1.42 ± 0.56）,100% vs 8 0%,both （ P〈 0 .0 5 ） . Conc/Ms/on The traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation therapy has a high therapeutic effect on lumbar disc herniation patients. The efficacy of combined treatment is significantly higher than conventional therapy. The combined treatment can significantly alleviate the pain of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients, worthy of clinical application.
