摘要 受全球气候变暖的影响,极地/冰区航线将在可预见的时间内成为一条连接太平洋和大西洋的新航道。在极地/冰区航行技术的研究中,冰载荷激励下推进轴系扭振计算方法的建立是该轴系设计的关键因素。论文开展了3种冰载荷工况下螺旋桨桨叶激励分析,利用Fourier变换将冰载荷时域(以螺旋桨旋转角度度量的)激励信号转化为频域激励信号。并提出在变速系统中将螺旋桨激励谐次与幅值转化为与柴油机转速相同当量系统的方法。基于冰载荷激励研究与分析成果,开发了基于频域分析的冰载荷激励下推进轴系扭振工程计算软件。这项研究为我国自主开展极地/冰区航行船舶推进轴系的研究和设计奠定了基础。 Polar / ice route will become a new channel connecting the Pacific and the Atlantic in the foreseeable time because of the impact of global warming. For research on polar/ice navigation technology, calculation of torsional vibration of propulsion shafting under ice torque excitation is a key factor in the design of shafting. In this article analysis of ice torque excitation on propeller blades is carried out with Fourier transform method. A method of converting the calculation of excitation on the rotating propeller into the calculation in an equivalent system having same rotating speed as the diesel engine is presented. Engineering software is developed to calculate torsional vibration of the propulsion shafting excited by ice torque. This study may build a good foundation for China independent research and design of polar/ice navigation marine propulsion shafting.
