摘要
随着"一带一路"建设的不断推进,沿线国家安全信息的搜集与风险预警已成为重要议题,运用新的研究工具和研究方法对相关国家政治安全风险进行有效解析具有重要现实意义。上海国际问题研究院积极推进"一带一路"政治安全风险数据库建设,综合利用人工编撰与机器学习的方法搜集资料,细化分析单位,运用地理信息系统等工具进行数据展示。该数据库能够有效展示相关国家的总体安全状况,以可视化方式展示冲突事件的空间分布特征,并以网络化方式展示冲突事件本质等,不仅能为"一带一路"倡议的推进提供数据支持,而且还可以为安全风险研究的方法创新提供有益参考。
With the deepening of the Belt and Road initiative(BRI), collecting related security information and conducting the early warning of security risks of Belt and Road countries becomes all the more important, whichcalls for innovating scientific research methods. In recent years, Shanghai Institutes for International Studies has made great efforts in developing the dataset of BRI political security risks, which integrates the methods of manual collection and machine learning. The dataset disaggregates the unit of analysis and visualizes the results with the GIS technology. The dataset can present the overall security condition of Belt and Road countries, and demonstrate the geo-graphical distribution and social networks of relevant political conflicts. The dataset provides statistical support for BRI and offers references for innovating relevant research methods.
