摘要
[目的]探索癌性疼痛护理策略团队在癌性疼痛管理中的应用价值。[方法]将100例晚期癌症病人采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受癌症疼痛护理策略团队护理干预方式,评价并比较病人出院时疼痛情况与住院期间生活质量。[结果]观察组病人干预后疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人住院期间生活质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]癌性疼痛护理策略团队用于癌性疼痛管理,能减轻病人癌性疼痛,提高病人生活质量。
Objective：To explore the application value of cancer pain care strategy team in cancer pain management.Methods：A total of 100 cases of advanced cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group of 50 cases.The patients in control group received routine care and the patients in observation group received cancer pain nursing strategy team nursing intervention.Evaluate and compare the patient＇s pain at discharge and the quality of life during hospitalization.Results：The pain scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Cancer pain care strategy team for cancer pain management,can reduce the patient＇s cancer pain,improve patients＇ quality of life.
