摘要 针对含有包覆层金属管道检测,采用脉冲涡流检测技术可以实现不需拨开包覆层来完成检测。本文介绍了该方法的检测原理,激发信号及接收信号特性。通过实验结果分析表明,接收信号在笛卡尔坐标系中无法分辨规律,当对其进行坐标变化后在t<23ms时信号基本重合,在t>23ms时出现了明显的分叉且金属损失量计算结果在误差范围之内,因此该检测技术在实际应用中大大缩减检测成本和提高工作效率。 In order to detect the metal pipeline with cladding layer, the pulsed eddy current testing technique can be used to accomplish the detection without removing the covering layer. In this paper, the detection principle of the pulsed eddy current testing technique was introduced as well as characteristics of the exciting signal and the received signal. The experimental results show that the received signal in the Cartesian coordinates cannot distinguish the rules. After the coordinates changing, when t is less than 23 ms, the signals are basically coincident; when t is more than 23 ms, there is a clear bifurcation appeared in the signals, and the error of metal loss calculation result is in allowed range, so the detection technology can be used in the practical detection, it can greatly reduce the detection cost and improve work efficiency.
