基于多频交流场指纹法裂纹缺限信号的处理方法设计 被引量:1

摘要 场指纹技术(Field Signature Method,FSM)是一种基于直流电位降技术(Direct Current Potential Drop,DCPD)的金属管道、压力容器缺陷无损检测技术,具备均匀腐蚀、局部腐蚀、点蚀等缺陷的高精度检测能力,但对危险系数更高的裂纹缺陷,其检测精度偏低.为提升FSM技术的裂纹缺陷检测能力,提出了一种多频交流场指纹(Multi-frequency Alternative Current Field Signature Method,MACFSM)管道裂纹缺陷检测技术.通过施加多个频率的交流激励,获取被测电压与参考电压的比值曲线,能够准确求解出裂纹的深度. Field signature method(FSM)is a non-destructive detection technology of metal pipeline and pressure vessel defects based on direct current potential drop(DCPD).It has a high accuracy in detecting uniform,localized,and pitted corrosion,but a low accuracy for cracks with higher risk factors.In order to improve the crack detection ability of FSM technology,a multi-frequency alternative current field signature method(MACFSM)pipeline crack detection technology is proposed.By applying multiple frequencies of ac excitation,the ratio curve of the measured voltage to the reference voltage can be obtained and the crack depth can be calculated accurately.This improves the crack detection capability of the FSM technique.
