摘要
近年来,司法供需矛盾即人民法院的司法供给与人民群众的司法需求之间的矛盾日益尖锐化。司法领域资源/利益配置不均衡是导致司法供需矛盾尖锐化的重要原因。实现司法供需平衡,必须均衡司法领域的资源/利益配置,为此,应当通过推进司法供给侧改革,加强司法需求侧管理,增强司法供给,规范司法需求。
In recent years, the contradiction between the judicial supply and demand, that is, the ju- dicial supply of the People＇s Court and the judicial demand of the people, has become increasingly acute. The unbalanced allocation of resources and interests in the judicial field is an important reasons of the acute contradiction between the supply and demand of justice. To realize the balance of judicial supply and de- mand, we must balance the allocation of resources and interests in the judicial field. To this end, we should advance the reform of the judicial supply side, strengthen the management of judicial demand side, increase the judical supply and regulate the judicial demand.
