摘要
以废弃兰炭末为原料制备冶金型焦,文章重点研究了不同粒度、不同比例焦煤的加入对成品强度、孔隙率等指标的影响。结果表明小粒度焦煤颗粒对成品强度增加更明显,且随着焦煤加入量的增加,产品强度增加,孔隙率和固定碳含量也随之增加,成品灰分有所降低。
The preparation of metallurgical Formcoke from waste coke at the end, the paper focuses on the different size, different proportion of coking coal was added to the product strength, effect of porosity index. The results showed that the granularity of coke particles significantly increased the intensity of the product, and with the increase of the amount of coal products, the strength increases, the porosity and the fixed the carbon content increases, the finished ash decreased.
