摘要
试验以小于3 mm的兰炭粉末为原料,探究粒径配比、压力、水分、时间4个工艺参数对兰炭型煤落下强度的影响规律。在单因素试验的基础上采用响应面法优化成型工艺,以落下强度最大为目标,得到优化后的工艺参数组合:粒径<1 mm兰炭粉末占85.13%、成型压力27 MPa、成型水分18.4%、成型时间67 min。预测落下强度为93.3%,实际落下强度为92.6%,实际值与预测值的误差为0.76%。结果表明,建立的型煤落下强度(DS)模型具有良好的预测能力。
In this experiment,semi-coke powders with particle size less than 3 mm are used as the raw materials,in order to explore the influence of the four process parameters of particle size ratio,pressure,moisture,time on the falling shatter strength of briquette coal by semi-coke.On the basis of single factor experiment,response surface method is used to optimize the molding process,the combination of optimal process parameter is obtained with the aim of maximizing the falling shatter strength:semi-coke powders with particle size less than 1 mm are accounted for 85.13%,molding pressure is 27 MPa,molding moisture is 18.4%,molding time is 67 min.The predicted falling shatter strength is 93.3%,the actual falling shatter strength is 92.6%,and the error between the actual value and the predicted value is 0.97%.The test results show that the established falling shatter strength(DS)of briquette coal model has a good predictive ability.
