摘要
设计了7个模拟预制混凝土剪力墙钢筋连接的灌浆套筒试件,采用便携式X射线技术对各试件的灌浆密实度进行了检测,并在试验基础上开展了工程现场的预制剪力墙套筒密实度测试。试验研究和工程实测结果均表明:对于200mm厚预制混凝土剪力墙内居中或梅花形布置的灌浆套筒,便携式X射线检测结果可明确地界定套筒外形、钢筋形态及接头部位、灌浆密实区和未灌浆区,能够用于套筒灌浆密实度的判定。
Seven grout sleeve specimens were designed to simulate longitudinal steel connection in precast reinforced concrete (RC) shear wall. Grouting compactness of these specimens was tested using portable X-ray technology, and then the detection of grouting compactness of grout sleeves at construction site was carried out. Test and on-site results showed that, for 200mm thick precast RC shear wall with one row of longitudinal grout sleeves at the center or two rows of longitudinal grout sleeves in zig-zag arrangement, results from portable X-ray could clearly determine the shape of sleeves, the shape and lapping of steel bars, grouted area and hollow area, indicating that this technology is applicable for evaluating grouting compactness of grout sleeve in above precast walls.
