摘要
工程项目进度控制可以在一定程度上保证建设项目施工质量。目前,影响我国建设工程项目的因素主要有建设项目的管理制度、项目设计变更、资源的配置等。企业可以通过科学的管理方法来完善项目组织系统管理,对天然气施工项目的工程施工合同、信息技术等内容进行管理,以此来保证天然气施工项目的进度管理控制,避免出现工程项目施工质量问题。基于此,论文将对天然气管道施工项目的进度控制管理进行研究和说明。
The project progress control can guarantee the construction quality of construction project to some extent. At present, the factors that affect the construction project of China mainly refer to the construction project management system, project design change, rational allocation of resources, etc.. Enterprise can through the scientific management method to improve the project management organization system, manage the contract of gas construction project construction, information technology, and other content, to ensure the progress control of project management of natural gas pipeline construction, avoid quality problems of engineering project construction. Therefore, this paper will study and explain the progress control management of natural gas pipeline construction projects.
