摘要
背景整合显微镜的吲哚菁绿(indocyaninegreen,ICG)荧光造影技术应运而生,因其价廉、操作简单、可重复等优点,现已广泛应用于评价颅内动脉瘤夹闭手术的夹闭效果,但临床上也会有过敏、一过性SpO2下降、渗漏等相关问题,给麻醉医师围手术期工作带来新的挑战。目的为ICG在动脉瘤术中应用的麻醉管理提供参考。内容综述ICG血管造影在动脉瘤术中的研究进展以及可能出现的副作用及其防止策略。趋向ICG血管造影能够安全、有效地评估动脉瘤夹闭效果,将广泛应用于颅内动脉瘤夹闭手术。
Background Indoeyanine green (ICG) fluorescence imaging integrated with microscope came into being. Due to the low cost, simple operation, repeatability and other advantages, it has been widely applied in the evaluation of clipping effect in intraeranial aneurysm clipping surgery. But ICG also has disadvantages such as allergies, transient SpO2 decrease and leakage, which bring new challenge to use it during the perioperative period. Objective Providing reference for the anesthetic management of ICG in aneurysm surgery. Content The research advances in aneurysm surgery in ICG angiography and possible adverse reactions and strategy for prevention. Trend Application of ICG angiography in evaluation of the aneurysm clipping effect is safe and effective. It will be widely used in intracranial aneurysm clipping surgery.
