摘要
目的探讨ICU住院脓毒症急性肺损伤(ALI)患者中西医结合治疗效果及对患者炎症介质水平影响。方法选取2015年2月至2016年12月我院ICU收治脓毒症ALI患者60例为研究对象,将患者住院号录入计算机随机分为中西医组和西医组,中西医组在西医组常规西医治疗基础上采用中药复合制剂治疗,比较两组患者疗效及治疗前后白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平。结果中西医组患者疗效显著高于西医组(P<0.05);中西医组治疗后IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α差值水平均高于西医组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗ICU住院脓毒症ALI患者可有效降低炎症反应,提高临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） combined with western medicine （WM） on ICU sepsis in-patients with acute lung injury （ALI） as well as the effect on the level of inflammatory mediators. Methods 60 ca-ses of sepsis ALI patients, admitted in ICU of our hospital from Feb. 2015 to Dec. 2016, were selected and randomly divided into the TCM and WM Group and the WM Group according to the computerized admission number. The TCM and WM Group was given TCM compound preparations in addition to the conventional WM treatment, which was given to the WM Group. The curative effects, the levels of interleukin- 6 （ IL-6）, interleukin-8 （ IL-8 ）, and tumor necrosis factor （TNF-a） of the two groups before and after treat- ment were compared. Results The curative effect of the TCM and WM Group was significantly higher than that of the WM Group （P 〈0. 05）. The levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-a of the TCM and WM Group were higher than those of the WM Group （P〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Combination of TCM and WM treatment for ICU sepsis ALl patients can effectively reduce inflammatory response and im- prove clinical efficacy
